Have you see the price of pumpkin pie spice in the grocery stores? Almost $6 at my local FredMeyers. And if you’re anything like me and like to put it on EVERYTHING this time of the year, that little container will barely last the month.
So, lets do it better and lets do it cheaper
I like to combine it all in a mason jar. My measuring spoons scoop easily out of it, and that way I can just make it once per season to save me time.
You’ll need cinnamon, ginger, clove and nutmeg. This can easily be scaled down if you prefer a smaller amount, but I think this is perfect for seasonal cooking.
